This dialog allows you to set desired quantities for each part number
being assigned to the selected symbols. Use this function to quickly associate
multiple part numbers to placed symbols. This is useful for assigning hardware
items, such as bolts, nuts, washers, etc. to a selected group of terminal
connectors.

Note: Requires one or more symbols to be selected.
